Curriculum Development Advisory Team
The Curriculum Development Advisory Team consists of individuals selected on the basis of their experiences with e-learning, curriculum development, school leadership and multicultural education. These professionals represent liaisons with communities of educators, policy makers, and families throughout the world.

Jay has nearly twenty years of experience in international education at all levels. His work has involved internationalizing campuses, collaborating with communities and schools for greater global perspectives, and international development projects. He provides leadership for global/international education at local, state, and national levels. Jay is co-author of the comprehensive Planning Curriculum in International Education, Wisconsin Dept. of Public Instruction. He is married, has two boys in high school, and coaches middle school cross-country runners.

Steve has 30 years in public education working as a classroom teacher, Reading Specialist, Reading/Language Arts consultant to classroom teachers, and as an elementary school principal. It was while serving as a principal that Steve received the Outstanding Administrator Award from the Wisconsin Reading Association. Prior to his appointment to the Education Faculty at UW-Green Bay, Steve was involved in college and university-level teaching for Lakeland College, Mount Scenario College, Silver Lake College, and Cardinal Stritch University. He served as the site-coordinator for Stritch's graduate programs in Educational Leadership and in Reading/Literacy. Steve has served in local government and on boards of many local not-for-profit agencies. He is married, has one daughter and son-in-law, and one granddaughter.
